The range stat on the HUD now displays the amount of effective range in tiles (this also fixes misleading cases like Mini Mush/Kidney Stone).The tears stat on the HUD now displays as “tears per second” (previously displayed delay between tears in frames).New, less intrusive effects have been added for them. Black hearts no longer pause the game with an animation when lost.The item tracker now includes a “mini” option, allowing for more items to be displayed at once.Adjusted the appearance rate of many special rooms to be more balanced (the black poop super secret room is now rarer, for example).The spikes are either moved away from the door or blocked off.
